Brian Voigt exceeded my expectations of what a realtor is able to do. When I think of my experience with Brian, three words come to mind: truthfulness, trust and tenacity. From start to finish, in what turned out to be a perfect home for me, I felt secure in all aspects of our transaction from an introduction to the community to the close of escrow. When choosing Paradise, I knew little about it, had little familiarity with house prices there, little knowledge of the most desirable neighborhoods (and the areas to perhaps avoid), and where the views or community resources or best prices could be found. As a realtor with positive longtime experience in the community, and as a family man involved in community projects with his kids, Brian is deeply familiar with Paradise, and on our first meeting, we spent a good deal of time driving around Paradise and into upper Magalia in search of my idea of a good home; Brian listens, asks questions, and then does his research. He presented many excellent possibilities until we found the perfect home at the right price. Brian has a vibrant energy, an essential sense of humor, and a sense of dealing with people that reaches beyond bringing in the bucks. He is a man in whom I have absolute trust, as during our dealings with the seller, I could see his honesty in play, and while we were dealing with all the bureaucratic minutia that comes with buying a home, his consistent feedback was invaluable. I'm not keen on the idea of moving again in the near future, but should I do so, Brian Voigt would be my first call.

Brian made selling our house as easy as selling a house can possibly be! We needed to sell our home quickly and wanted to get the best price we could too. Brian made it happen! Accessible, professional, kind, reassuring, knowledgeable, and very attentive to detail! This is the 2nd home that we have sold and we found the experience with Brian to be very rewarding. He really knows what he's doing when it comes to all the legal nitty gritty details. This part can get really frustrating if you don't speak "realtor". Brian was patient to explain everything in ways we understood and seemed to always be one step ahead during the negotiating process. He went above and beyond by always picking up paperwork etc. at our home and having us sign paperwork at our home. This was a lifesaver when you have 3 kids ages 5 and under! We feel like we got a great deal and that is the best feeling ever!

The single biggest regret I have with working with Brian Voigt is that we didnt contact him four years ago. After the 2008 GFC, my mom, like many other folks on the Butte, got caught upside-down with a devalued house in a very depressed market. Walking away from it was not an option so she struggled trying to sell it at a break-even price in the years followed. Other local realtors produced a big bag of nothing. But after listing with Brian shortly before the 2015 holidays we began to see things turn around markedly. Granted the market was slowly bouncing back, but Brian made it a personal point of pride to sell the Magalia houseaEUR|promoting it repeatedly at his weekly sales meeting and talking it up whenever possible. Within weeks he brought some prospective buyers. Although the deal eventually fell apart through no fault of Brians, he remained upbeat and positive and redoubled his efforts. Further, he was patient and quick to respond to our many questions. Within days of the first offer going south he brought us an all-cash offer and 20-day escrow. Breath heldaEUR|and it actually closed two days before the estimate. Ya-hoo! I cant say enough good things about BrianaEUR"his ethics, professionalism and effectivenessaEUR"and that he is fun to be around. Count yourself lucky to have him on your side.
