Brandi is a rockstar! We live in NJ and were looking for land in North Carolina. Brandi was so proactive in pulling land in different areas for us, explaining the different towns and how things work in NC. Then she sent us the PERFECT land..it was just hours before my family left for a week's vacation (out of the country)..... so Brandi negotiated a due diligence period to ensure the land would be held until we got back and could make the 8+ hour trip down to see it! We loved it! When it was time to do the septic perc test.. it was Brandi that went to the Environmental office to get the flags and used a map that we sent her to place the flags for the guy to do the test! And if that wasn't enough Brandi researched builders and we ultimately went with one that she found for us. I mean talk about someone going above and beyond!! Thank you Brandi, you are truly amazing!

Brandi is a fantastic Realtor and an all round honest and reliable person. She's extremely personable and knows the area well. My husband and I have just bought our first home through her and we couldn't be happier. From the beginning Brandi had been extremely helpful in explaining the steps of house buying. She went through our list of wants and instantly had prospective houses for us to look at. Through her services we had daily updates to new houses hitting the market, which made it really helpful in the competitive market we were buying in. We were under a bit of time constraints to move quickly and she went out of her way to show us a good number of properties even on the same day. We found the perfect house in a great neighborhood and Brandi helped us put in the right offer. All in all it took us less than 8 weeks from starting to look at houses to closing Escrow and getting the keys to our new home. When and if we come to selling or buy in the future we'll definitely be going through Brandi again for this area.
