If you are reading this and deciding whether or not to work with Vicki....take my word and work with Vicki. I have never had a real estate transaction go so smoothly. I honestly feel like I can trust Vicki, and am looking forward to working with her again when the time comes. Prior to meeting Vicki, I had purchased and sold two properties - all transactions with different real estate agents. Nothing terrible happened in any of the purchases or sales, but after the fact, I never wanted to use any of the agents again - I didn't feel like they had my best interest at heart. Vicki definitely did. She was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and very thorough in her research. She was very great about asking me questions, finding out what I wanted, what my limits were, and then building a bid that could actually compete and would leave me feeling good. She went above and beyond when I had questions about the house that the listing agent couldn't answer, and even helped me research a handful of items during the escrow period. She is an extremely hard worker and I am very happy that I found an agent that I can finally use again!
