Jen Brooks at the Irwin Group is OUTSTANDING!!!!!I cannot rave enough about Jen Brooks at the Irwin Group and her ability to represent us selling our home in Washington. She did a remarkable job making our home stand out amongst others and look impressive with her staging capabilities and professional photography. You may be asking why choose Jen compared to other realtors. Well, I will tell you! We interviewed many realtors and selected Jen because of her professionalism, quality of photography, and her phenomenal staging talent. We trusted her because she is personable, reliable, and genuine.My husband and I needed to move quickly out of state and leave our house in capable hands. She took complete care of everything including staging, photography, advertising, open houses, even meeting contractors, appraisers, and inspectors at our home for us. When it started snowing, she would go and check on the house and make sure all the water faucets were covered so the pipes would not freeze. She made the home look pristine so that when clients would come by to view it they were very impressed. In fact, we got multiple offers thanks to her. Jen was even able to get us even more money by negotiating with the buyers agent and having them agree to lower their fee which resulted in several thousand dollars more for us as well as getting us money back for our oil heat!
