Super responsive, on top of it, and knows how to hand hold without being overbearing. Lisa made my home buying experience so easy, I can't imagine having taken this journey with any other agent. I used an "agent finder" site when I started looking to buy a home and told the rep that I needed an agent that is down to earth, aggressive when they need to be, and pressure-free - Lisa was the perfect fit for me. I'm leaving this review for those of you who are considering Lisa Bender when selling your home. Thankfully, you can look no further, youve found your person. Ill tell you my experience.Lisa Bender represented me in the sale of my Woodinville home in October 2020. First, I must say, I acknowledge I am a high-maintenance customer. Ill own it. I may be funny, and charming and all of that, but when it gets down to it, I have ambitious standards for competence and depth in wisdom and going with Lisa was a thoughtful, intentional decision on my part after hearing about her through a trusted friend. AND choosing Lisa was the best thing I could have done when it came to selling my home and here are some examples of her competence, integrity, and grit:- Lisa drilled in on the most important attributes to me in selling my home and quickly devised a plan (and a team of people!) to make it all come to fruition. I'm surprised it was so seamless given there were some hiccups on my (sellers part) below.- WARNING, NIGHTMARE: The day my house went on the market, water had leaked from torn flashing on the skylights from roof work that had just been done. The whole wall was covered in water, did I mention this was the day it went on the market?! Lisa was calm, coolheaded, realistic, and helped navigate this unfortunate circumstance in a way that really kept me together. Lisa had connections to contractors that were able to remediate the situation quickly and professionally and still close on my house WAY OVER asking, with nine offers in hand, closing early without any further disruption. It was probably one of the worst things that could happen to a house the day it goes on the market besides a house fire, and Lisa handled it with grace, compassion with a glitter of humor to keep my spirits up in the moment.- Responsive: Lisa responded to my many and random texts without the hint of annoyance, bonus!- Lisa comes with a team of people from the staging and design team to the transaction coordinators and the seamless interaction AND competence made me feel well supported throughout the end-to-end process.Should I need to sell a home again, should a friend, family member or neighbor need to sell a home, I will sing to the rooftops about the service Lisa gave our family. She is savvy, well-connected and knows the business deeply. If you want to sell your home and walk away happy, hire Lisa, it really is that simple.
