We would recommend Tamithy to anyone looking for a home! We spent almost every weekend together for months and months trying to find our first home in a very difficult market. And, she found us one we absolutely love. Tamithy offered knowledgeable assistance through the entire process- she was helpful with negotiations, understanding of the market, talking us down from potential money pit homes- she was very responsive and incredibly helpful. She even acted at times as our 'therapist' when we felt that we were hopeless in finding a home- AND she even tried to find us a place to stay when our lease ran out, we still hadn't found a home, and were desperate. Honestly, I don't know how she does it, but if you're looking for a realtor that can do anything and everything and has the patience of a saint, you should reach out to her. Highly, highly recommended.
