In a tight market, you need a realtor with a firm grasp of the current, real-time housing market (as well as its history). You also need a realtor who's capable of executing a bidding strategy that leads to offer acceptance. We got just that with Matt and remain grateful to this day that he somehow managed to get the house that was "love at first sight" for us. The other issue with a tight market is that as a buyer, "neurotic" becomes a primary personality trait. Matt's ability to guide us through the process with a cool confidence was very much needed. We knew we were in good hands and that was proven when our initial offer was accepted thanks to Matt's offer strategy. It was a multiple offer scenario and Matt was adept at keeping us grounded and ensuring that we didn't over-spend or over-commit. His approach secured us the house without over-spending (which is not a particularly easy thing to pull off these days). We highly recommend Matt Hurlburt and his team and he'll be the first person we call if we buy again (or sell).
