Chris is the best realtor you will work with in Buffalo. He goes above and beyond in every aspect of the home buying process. When my husband and I found the right home for us, Chris sought out additional similar listings in order to provide us with as many options as possible. He extremely responsive and was able to thoroughly answer any question we posed. He was able to quickly get us appointments to see as many homes as we wanted. When it was time to place an offer on our home, Chris' negotiation skills were unparalleled. He was able to get us our first choice for the price we wanted.As first time home buyers, we didn't have many contacts, and Chris was a big help with recommending everything from a mortgage broker, attorney, locksmith, inspector, and the list goes on. Chris only works with the best and only refers the best, and we were very satisfied with all of his recommendations.
