We interviewed Michael because he has sold many, many homes in our area and we figured that was a good start. Very early in the interview we had a good feeling about putting this project in his hands. We could tell that this man knew his way around the stadium. He also came across as someone who is trustworthy and we felt quite comfortable doing this. Another thing we liked was that Mike was seasoned enough to have good experience yet up to date with modern marketing aEUR" from current technology to social media presence. That balance gave us confidence. Mike Tumminelli helped us set an asking price that proved to be very successful (we ultimately sold for above that price). He laid out a marketing strategy that was pretty impressive. The listing he did for us was more professional than most I have seen aEUR" from the ad text to the pro photos (even drone shots) of the property that really made our custom built home stand out. When I read the published listing it looked so good I joked with my wife that aEURoeWe should buy that.aEUR?Michael walked with us from listing to closing, never leaving us on our own.
