We contacted Michelle when we were considering purchasing a home in the St. Petersburg area. We are from out of town and were interested in exploring walkable neighborhoods with character, particularly Kenwood, Old Northeast and Snell Isle. Michelle was very knowledgeable about all three and even directed us to some additional neighborhoods we hadn't considered. She did a tremendous amount of legwork for us which allowed us to make the most of our weekend house hunting trips. She helped us to identify which considerations were most important to us and zero in on the most ideal properties for us. Michelle was also very helpul in explaining how Florida real estate transactions work which was very useful since we are from out of state. Although unexpected life circumstances prevented us from buying in FL this year, we hope to do so next year and will definitely use Michelle.
