I bought a home for the first time 3 years ago with Gina. She is an exceptional person as well as a highly professional Broker. I was like many who did not have a lot of money saved but had the means to afford a mortgage. I met 2 very real obstacles at the beginning of our search, that led me to believe owning a home was not in the cards for me. However, Gina had a different mindset. When we talked she took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. She educated me on the realities of home buying (while still letting me ask a ton of questions) and never let up. When she told me, "Kathy I am going to get you into a home of your own"; she not only believed it but she also made it happen. I am grateful for her sincerity and honesty.
