I found Amanda through an internet search when my husband and I were trying to decide whether to sell a vacation rental property that we owned or hold it for a while longer. We initially spoke to Amanda several months before making a decision to list and she was extremely prepared - even from the initial call. She had put together a full market assessment for us and walked us through the pros and cons of listing vs holding a bit longer. Based on the initial information that she provided, we decided to hold off a few months and it was a great call. Values increased dramatically and we ended up with about 10 offers in 3 days. We were enticed to go with the highest offer but Amandas experience made us realize that the highest offer is not always the best one and we were extremely grateful for her guidance. We ended up with great buyers and it was very seamless transaction. I cannot say enough positive things about Amanda. She knew the market and advised us on how to price and prioritize repairs so that our house sold quickly. What else can I say? She is outstanding!!! Amanda is super amazing. She is very ethical and trustworthy and just a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Amanda to be your realtor, whether youre looking for your first home or your second, third, fourth or fifth home, shell have your best interest in hand. She knows the area and she knows how to do her job right. My husband and I currently live in another state and we were looking to purchase a second home in Central Florida with the plan to make Florida our primary residence in a couple of years. With us living in another state, Amanda really helped to ease a lot of the stress and anxiety during our house hunt. We were pretty much able to tour homes in FL from another state. She always kept in touch with us and always kept us informed about new listings within our search criteria. Amanda went above and beyond for us. Since we live in another state, to make it more convenient for us and so that we didnt have to keep flying back and forth to FL, she would actually go out to all of the properties that we showed interest in and do a video tour of the homes and then send it to us to view. It made us feel like we were actually there with her walking through the houses. Because of Amanda, we were able to purchase our Florida dream home.
