We had a very complicated real estate transaction- a 1031 exchange of a vacation rental. On top of that, the property being exchanged sold the week that COVID-19 shut down the state. Ben navigated the rules, got us in to see properties, and helped us secure the only property in the area that met our criteria during a time when there weren't many things available. He listened to our needs, was very knowledgeable with the complexities of regulations on this type of transaction, and tried very hard to make us happy. When the deal became more complicated due to a lot of issues found in the inspection, he negotiated with the sellers and helped us find contractors, work out the changes with our lender and the 1031, and managed to close the deal within the deadline of the 1031. He managed a lot of things that the sellers or their agent were unable to manage on their end. It will hopefully be the most difficult deal he has to put up with this year. He earned his 5 stars!

I listed my house with Ben Lyons in March, and Ben priced it appropriately and it sold very quickly. Ben was very diligent and responsive. He communicated very well with us and was very prompt. Ben was very patient with us. We looked at several homes and it took time for us to pick the one that was right for us. Ben was willing to show us as many homes as necessary and was constantly looking for new homes for us. What I valued most was his honesty. He was very honest and didn't sugarcoat anything. He wasn't a pushy realtor and didn't put pressure on us. Once we picked our home, he had the paperwork ready for us to sign right away and was on top of everything. He explained everything to us as it was happening, and made the entire experience as stress-free as possible. If I ever buy or sell again, Ben will 100% be my realtor every single time.
