I would to start off with.... Steve and his team are top notch! Steve and his team helped us buy our first house in 2009 and he has always kept in touch yearly and during the holidays to just say Hey. My wife and three boys have decided to relocate and the only person we reached out to was Steve. During the housing market sudden shift, he has been honest, truthful, and supportive during the decision making of putting our house on the market. He conducted a walk through and pointed out the little things that might make a difference on the sale. We took his advise and wanted him to get us to our Magic sale price. He provided serious considerations and listed our house above the market to test the waters. After one weekend of showings, we received only one offer with $9k over asking with no contingencies. Due to the market, Steve honestly believed this was the best and he didnt want us lose this opportunity. We eventually sold our house and the house appraised at full selling price. Steve and his team continued to communicate throughout the process until we closed. Steve and his team have always been very responsive to text messages, emails and phone calls.
