I was selling my home by owner. Marshall contacted me to see if we would be willing to show it to a potential buyer he was working with. He patiently explained things to us (as this was only our 2nd FSBO we didn't know exactly what to do). I felt he was very good at explaining what happens next and didn't make us feel dumb for not knowing. He skillfully worked the deal out between us and the buyer --even when it looked like it wasn't going to work out, he kept at it and we were able to close on the house. If you want someone who is accessible (will answer calls/texts right away), personable and caring --Marshall is your guy. He truly wants the transaction to go as smoothly as possible and when it isn't going that way, he is very good at communicating with you as to what the holdup is. He will work hard for you!
