Sue not only helped show me the houses I wanted to see, but also took the time to understand my needs in a home and shared her own recommendations, which led me to the property that I purchased; I was looking past it all along until she spoke with me about her opinion on it! She was very patient with my questions and honest about her feelings on houses, pricing, and negotiations; she never pushed me in the wrong direction. Despite having one house go wrong with an inspection and then a title issue on the house I bought, she was very responsive and efficient with getting things taken care of. She has a lot of good contacts with other realtors, inspectors, and lenders, which makes the entire process much easier and more comfortable. I followed all of her suggestions and made out perfectly. We're keeping in touch even after my purchase because she offered recommendations with contacts for people to go to if I need work on my new home. Definitely notable that she cares for her buyer and has their best interest as if she was buying the house herself. Worked with her for about four months and it was a great experience. I would recommend 110%.
