I put a FOR SALE BY HOMEOWNER sign on my lawn in Dallas, Texas area with no phone number. A couple stopped by on third day and offered to buy full price without touring house. They had to move in in 10 days. I had no where to go though Id planned to move back to Georgia. Called several agents but settled on Mark Schafer at the Wells Group. Best decision I made in a long time. Mark worked looking for houses for me and we finally got to one being built. Mark communicated to me daily on the status and even picked out flooring, cabinets, fixtures and more. Amber in the office kept me well informed. First trip to house after arriving in Georgia was awesome. House was exactly as I envisioned. There is no other person/Realtor that will work as hard for you. They are still working with me on upgrades after closing.
