As a busy executive with one of the big 5 consulting companies I value professionalism, consultative analysis, expertise, and results. When Cindy and I were looking to build a custom home in a golf course community we met with Jim and his custom builder and were impressed by his level of service and attention to detail in understanding what we were looking for in a custom built luxury home. He sought to best understand our goals and critical criteria most important to us to help us in the construction process and lay an effective ground work to get the best home built most cost effectively and efficiently. His consultative process allowed us to be best oriented with the builder and the scope of work to get our beautiful custom built home. When a few years later we made the decision to move closer to family and we needed to sell our luxury home for the highest return possible, we considered several options but knew Jim and his team to be the absolute best option to get the highest return for our investment. His marketing solutions were bar none the best representation of our property we could imagine and the value depicted was higher than we had hoped. We had a previous experience in Sugarloaf Country Club where our previous agent listed the property but never even brought a buyer, much less showed the property, and here was Jim and his team actively presenting the property in its best light to all buyers! In a matter of days he brought us multiple offers ? including a full price offer! His team services continued throughout the contract to closing process, and beyond.We truly feel there was only one option for our luxury home to be best represented and sold for the highest return, and that was with the Jim Wells ?Sells ? We believe it made a huge difference in the successful sale of our luxury home. The Gwins helped our son find his first house in the area a few years ago. He was so impressed with them that when we moved here we knew who to call! We have moved a lot and have used many realtors over the years; the Gwins are a truly exceptional team. To respond to the above:1) They were very knowledgeable about the many areas we were looking at. They had lots of information about schools, shopping, traffic conditions, parks, etc., and all the other things you would want to know about when considering a neighborhood.2) The Gwins made sure we understood the process at every turn. Our options were always clear and we felt very secure in their knowledge base. We looked for many months for exactly what we wanted.3) If ten stars were a possibility they would rate that here! No matter the time of day they were extremely responsive to any questions we had whether by phone or email. We felt as though they had no other clients because we were communicating so often at certain points!4) They were extremely polished and professional in this regard. We definitely felt they had our best interests at heart. We are very happy with our house and neighborhood.
