I happened to meet Marcus while my daughter was looking to purchase a condo. I was immediately impressed with the way he sought to find the right place at the right price. He found her an amazing space in a perfect location and I casually remarked that I would love to have a place in this building if a another unit came around. Well, within weeks Marcus contacted me about another unit that had just hit the market. We went to see it and made an offer that was accepted the same day at a price that worked well within our budget. It came together quickly and seamlessly because Marcus had also helped us with referrals that made our closing happen without a hitch. This really made an impression because we had worked with another agent for a good part of the summer with few leads, leaving us feeling that we would not be able to find our new home. Marcus made it happen. Great communicator. Great negotiation skills and knowledge of the business. I can honestly say that Marcus is the only real estate professional I will work with from here on.
