Carolyn has been our entire families realtor now for over 20 years and has continued to amaze my wife and I as to the enormous lengths she goes to in order to help us throughout the entire transactions...from beginning to closing. She is the only realtor I know that has the experience to determine what repairs or upgrades to make, or not make, in order to get the right price and be sure her clients are satisfied. Many times she actually hires the contractors to perform the work (at a great price) and shows up to make sure it gets done right. She has a network of professionals who respect her for her hard work and knowledge that she can call for quotes if needed. This is very helpful especially when you are very busy or traveling.
