Our needs were not a aEURoemoveaEUR? per se but rather a downsizing as we have two other smaller homes, one in Florida and the other in Ocean City. I had no idea who to get for an agent but I wanted someone who could assist me in the entire process, including getting movers for things going to these locations, clearing out the house, and preparing it for sale putting the best foot forward. I talked to a friend who is a ReMax agent in Florida for advice. He spent weeks researching agents in my area and, after he personally spoke to Nilou, recommended her to me. It was the best thing to happen to us during this stressful period in our lives and I am very grateful to my real estate friend in Florida for hooking us up.I cannot praise Nilou enough. She was competent, knowledgeable, and responsive. She answered my calls, texts and emails usually within the hour, day or night, weekday or weekends. She diligently aEURoenudgedaEUR? us to expeditiously move forward with preparations for the sale without being overbearing. It did not take me long to figure out we were in her hands and we followed her suggestions and advice. In my view, she went well above and beyond what one would expect in terms of service from a real estate agent. While this was a business transaction, over the course of time we became personal friends. As others have pointed out, we felt as though we were her only clients, although we recognized she is a very busy lady (which of course is why she is so successful). She did not leave a stone unturned and covered all the bases on our behalf.Our home had five offers in three days and the final sale price was beyond my reasonable expectations. This is no doubt due to the professionalism and insight Nilou brought to the table.I would not hesitate to recommend Nilou for anyone in need of a real estate agent. We were extremely satisfied!

Mrs. Nilou Jones is a wonderful soul and she puts so much heart into her work. My husband and I were looking for a home in Maryland while located states away.
