First, let me start by saying this is our 5th time using a realtor to find a home and this has by far been the best experience we've ever had! Nilou is extremely knowledagble about the area, so much that I feel like we learned more about the area in one day than all of my research prior to arriving. Her response time was phenomenal, we really felt like we were her only clients and top priority. She was also very accommodating with our children and willing to show the home to both my husband and I separately if my kids were too restless to get out the car to see another home after seeing so many. The real icing on the cake was that Nilou was able to spot pros and cons about a home almost immediately upon entering. She knew what we wanted and didn't want and was able to walk us through each house with our best interests in mind. She had answers for all of our questions as if we had submitted them prior to asking! Overall, Nilou was just incomparable! She was kind, understanding, definitely a subject matter expert in home buying/renting/selling, and efficient. If you are looking for world class experience and treatment look no more!

Nasi Khoshtinat of Team Khoshtinat has been my realtor since 1997 and I have used him for five different transactions since then. I could not be happier! While I have primarily worked with Nasi, I have also gotten to know his son Daniel over the years and have found him to be equally reliable. In fact, Daniel jumped in the handle the closing on the purchase of our second house in 2003 when Nasi was called away because of a sick relative. I selected Nasi as my agent after interviewing three different agents. I bought my first house with him, subsequently sold it, bought a house with my new wife, sold a house she owned and recently bought an investment rental property using his services. And, since I travel a fair amount, I am using Team Khoshtinat to manage that property. I have benefited greatly from Nasi?s vast experience and knowledge of the local market. He constantly points out features and defects that I would have missed. Nasi always takes the time to understand my needs and quickly culls the inappropriate homes from the search. I feel Team Khoshtinat is always looking out for my interests and works to get me the best deal possible. For example, when I bought my current house in 2003 Nasi determined that the owner was moving to a place where he would not need his Kubota lawn tractor and asked him to convey it with the property at no additional charge. I?m still using it. In my two sales the buyers were very interested but, for various reasons, were unable to purchase the homes immediately. In both cases Nasi structured a rent to own deal where the rent was above market and a portion was credited to the eventual sale. Crucially, the amount of the credit decreased over time. Consequently, the purchases were both completed within six months of the original signing. Finally, beyond his experience and integrity, Nasi is fun to work with. This is very important as you spend hours with your realtor looking at houses. He clearly enjoys his work and is enthusiastic about looking for ways to improve the deal. He is an excellent negotiator and works diligently to get transactions done. I could not recommend him more highly. I?m always giving his name to friends who are in the market for a realtor and no one has come back to me with anything but the highest praise. Anyone who is looking for a realtor in this area would be doing themselves a disservice if they do not at least consider Nasi and Team Khoshtinat.
