We cannot recommend Nilou enough! She patiently walked us through every step of the buying process in a competitive market and helped us find a home and community we love. We began our search from the other side of the country, spent a bit of time looking here in person, and eventually bought a house sight unseen. Nilou and her team were amazing at every step. Because we were not in town to tour the house, her teammate made comprehensive videos of the house so that we could review carefully before offering. Nilous attention to detail and willingness to provide direct feedback helped us to feel comfortable buying a home we had not had the opportunity to tour. She went above and beyond at closing when we discovered an unforeseen hiccup, reaching out quickly to the mortgage company and local contractors to help us close on time.
