In short, Chris is a true professional and nothing short of being great at what he does and I couldn't have been happier with my experience selling my house with his assistance. I think I found Chris in a non-traditional way. Although I had realtors blowing up my phone daily for weeks (I initially listed by myself), I actually reached out to Chris after I discovered him and all the impressive things others had said about him. From the moment I left a message for him to call me back, he was ALWAYS prompt, courteous and very helpful whenever I had a question, request or concern. The level of service was something I am not always used to getting. Chris never made me feel like I was bothering him and would even gladly call me back on a Sunday evening if I called and had a question. Exceptional customer service is unfortunately hard to find in any service based industry these days, but Chris really does set the bar high and went above and beyond my expectations. I wanted to make it a point to write this for others to see and hopefully make the same great choice that I did with choosing an agent to represent them.
