Recently, my wife and I found jobs in the AA area and it fell on me to find rental housing for us and our three dogs. What a nightmare! At first, I tried to find housing by myself, but soon realized the sheer difficulty of doing this in Michigan, not only from lack of decent housing but also due to a generally unaccepting attitude towards pets in rental properties. I spent a week living out of a hotel room while looking for housing, and came back home empty handed. Thats when I started working with Chris. Far from just setting up appointments to show me houses, Chris took me through the entire process of renting a home, from selecting possible candidates, to the flood of paperwork that followed. When the home that we were initially hopeful about fell through (through no fault of his own), he nevertheless continued to work with me to find our family somewhere to live. Since I was out of state again, he went out and visited potential candidate homes himself, and usually called me the same day to give his unbiased opinion. Honestly, he did far more than what Id expect from an agent, and if it werent for him, Id probably still not have a place to live. In short, Id highly recommend him and will definitely be using his expertise again when it comes time to find another rental or buy a home outright.
