Rachel is the best! My husband and I were looking to purchase a home. We contacted Rachel about a foreclosure we had been looking at for some time. She offered to add our email to her contacts lists so that if it, or anything new came on the market she would let us know. About a week later, the foreclosure was finally listed for sale. I had been contacting the listing agent for over a year, and never once got a reply, so I was very pleased with her service. We ended up purchasing the foreclosure, after months of negotations and used Rachel as our realtor. She stuck by our side through the entire process, start to finish. There were some "issues" with the home, and after many declines from lenders, Rachel was able to find us a lender that enabled us to purchase the home. She is very personable, honest, and looked out for our best interest. She even does interior design which helped us with some structural and cosmetic changes we wanted to make. We were so impressed with her, we had her list our rental home and was able to secure a wonderful tenant almost immediately, who is still living in the home today. We would highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy, sell or rent your home. The absolute best! Millersville, MD

My wife and my experience with Rachel was a little unique in the sense that we worked through Rachel on a new home that a builder built for us. Rachel met us and showed us the the available Lot, showed us through sample homes, reviewed what came standard and what was an upgrade, went over the contract and build process, and also informed us about the community and county we would potentially be moving too. We felt comfortable in the process, at home on the Lot, and confident that we were dealing with an expert, so we made the decision to make the jump. After meeting with the builder and selecting a floor plan we really liked, Rachel really helped us make calculated changes to make the floorplan fit our individual needs. She also helped in giving her opinion on where we should upgrade and what upgrades would look best. The thing to really take away from this review is that we worked extensively with Rachel, and I feel we spent a lot of time with her, but I knew she had other families she was supporting yet my wife and I were never left waiting for answers. How impressive is that?!?!?!?! Rachel would answer every question we had, she would call us when we had concerns (sometimes well after business hours), and I really felt that she was apart of our decisions and invested in them. That level of dedication and "customer" support is really hard to find When we had our final walkthrough with the Site Supervisor to see the finished home for the first time my wife and I REALLY wanted Rachel there with us, and even though I know she had a lot going on (even though she wouldnt admit it), she showed up and shared that moment with us. With all that said, I hope to never have to enlist Rachel's services again ...... because I never ever ever want to move again .........but if I need to buy another home? I know exactly who Im calling.
