My husband and I worked with Amy in purchasing an investment property in Running Springs. We have worked with several real estate agents before as we have bought several properties in the past and I can honestly say that Amy is one of the most professional, responsive and helpful agents we have worked with in the past. Amy listened and observed us as we viewed houses to narrow down exactly as to what is what we are looking for, as far as looks, location, floor plan and price wise. Of course it's quite a bonus that we got the house on such a great price and earning instant equity on the home. I'm not quite sure what Amy did but we got the house $35K less than the asking price and we did not even receive a counter offer. The escrow has been closed since March and Amy is still assisting us in preparing the property to get rented. She goes well way above and beyond her duty to help her clients. Since we live out of town, she has assisted us in getting the property cleaned, turning on utilities and showing the property to prospective renters. That is truly a lot of help and dedication even after the fact that the sale has been finalized. If you are thinking of listing or buying a home in Running Springs.
