I would like to recommend Barry and his team to anyone looking in the Lake Arrowhead area. I was going through probate and it was an awful experience, if only my attorney was as professional, knowledgeable and easy-going to work with. Due the probate process, I wanted to hire the right agent and Barry was the last one I met with (I met with six), his demeanor and calm presence made me feel at ease and I hired him on the spot. Also, he didn't want to lowball the price like EVERY OTHER AGENT IN ARROWHEAD! Barry knows what he is doing and knew it would sell and he could sell it at any price. Barry even showed up to court throughout the probate process. This cabin was special because it was our vacation home for 20 years and I didn't want to sell it. Even with the cabin being dated and not many upgrades, Barry got us $10,000 over ask. Do not hire another agent, Barry is your man!
