Keith Hartman is realtor with a real heart. Most of us expect others to act with professionalism, integrity and have their clients best interest. However, it is rare to see all of those qualities and have the person exceed them. Keith is that kind of realtor. He listens to understand what the clients needs are and asks questions at the right time. He has offered suggestions when we felt unsure about the situation at hand. After mentioning we wished a master bathroom was larger, he made a phone call to the original builder to inquire about extending the bathroom into the oversize garage (something that we didnt even ask him to do). He took the time to listen and act on it showing us that he genuinely cares about his clients. Being new to the area, Keith spent extra time showing us around the community, explaining different parts of town so we could get a real feel for what it was like and told us about different events held throughout the year. We were quickly able to see that we could depend on him to respond quickly and benefited countless times from his willingness to be available when it was convenient for us.
