We were first-time home buyers who interviewed three local realtors to represent us, all of whom were great people, before choosing Kymry. We made the right choice. We got into our home largely because of Kymry's tenacity; while realtors representing other interested parties called the seller to set up viewings, only Kymry pressed the seller to find a way to get us in earlier than the seller had originally planned (vacationers were in the house at the time). She (and her awesome team at Remax - here's to Jill!) helped us along throughout the process, filling in gaps in our knowledge of the purchasing process, responding to texts and emails at all hours, and generally being a great resource who we relied on heavily. Kymry also willingly showed us other homes even when we were in escrow, and introduced us to a seller when there was a chance that their own in-process escrow may fall through. My wife and I would choose no one other than Kymry for buying, and maybe someday selling in the future!
