Pam genuinely cares about her clients. She not only delivers professionalism, follow through and availability but she listens, and genuinely wants to help you find what you are looking for. I listed my home with Pam and subsequently am purchasing a new home also with her guidance and support. Pam was and is extremely responsive at all times She took it upon herself to be well informed about the home I was interested in. From the start she was very in tune with what my needs were--and actually listened to what my priorities were both in terms of any concerns and favorable elements of property. She was always extremely flexible, honest and gracious and lovely to boot. She went above and beyond in many instances on my behalf. That never happens these days. She addressed concerns honestly, and was not pushy or unbalanced about real attributes of property versus any possible issues. She was honest, truthful and again, very well informed. It was clear that she cared about her client first, not just a commission. It is refreshing to work with someone who is a professional, and who is of high integrity--working for the client, and sharing all her knowledge and wisdom about the property you are interested in or selling for the best possible outcome.
