The first 2 family house i looked at with vincent o connell in 2016 when outside of my budget,about six months later i got a call from vincent one sunday afternoon telling me he had found me the perfect home at the right price.We viewed the property two days later and i knew straight away this is what i was looking for even more so than the first property i had looked at.As i was a first time buyer i did not know the process so vincent made it so easy by him leading the way. He recommended a bank whom he had a relationship with. He introduced me to the vice president and these guys i have to say were excellent. He also recommended an atorney who was also excellent and whom i still work with on other matters not related to the property.As we had a short window to move on this house and a lot of information to gather in a short period i was constantly on the phone to vincent for his advice. Vincent always made himself available when he could and if he wasn't he returned my calls immediately.I would highly recommend vincent o connell to all potential buyers out there and i will definitely be using him again for any future purchases.Aidan
