I must say that Vincent O'Connell is an amazing Agent. He's honest,forthright, professional, and is an expert in his field.The type of house I had it was hard to find comps, Vincent set the price for my home, it was literally right on the money. Higher then any other homes in my area. Vincent actually set the price and raised the value of homes in my area. Now that's a pro.He helped me all the way, running around with paper work and contracts.If you are not sure how to pick an agent, you must pick the one that knows how to set the price so your listing doesn't go stale. Alot of agents will tell you that they will advertise your home and they don't. Vincent tells u its advertised and it is. Always .Vincent is also VERY CREATIVE. My tenants worked till after dinner time everyday. He asked them would it be easier for you guys to have an open house after dinner? They told him yes. So we had mini open houses for one hour during the week. That worked out VERY WELL. Alot of people really appreciated the midweek mini open houses, cause they work all weekends.I got multiple offers and he guided me through the process with his experience and expertise.Thank you Vincent for holding my hand thru the whole process.I LOVE my new home.Call Vincent he's the BEST.
