My family was new to the Roseburg area. I looked on Zillow reviews to find Cindy. I emailed her and gave her our information. She did call back. I explained to her I found her via Zillow reviews. I proceeded to explain what we were looking for in a house. She said she would like to take us out to look at houses so she could get a better feel for what our likes and dislikes were. I thought that was awesome and what a great way for her to get to know us and help us find a home. I explained to her, our house hadnt sold yet back home. So she said she had to check her schedule for the next week and shed get back to me. She never called back the next week, so towards the middle of the following week I called and left a message for her, she never returned my call. Then out of the blue a month later, one day the phone rang and she hesitantly said hello and tried to make small talk trying to figure out who I was. She accidently dialed me. Then once she figured it out she said she would get back to me and never called back. That was a few months ago. I was very kind and respectful to her, appreciated the possibility of her taking us on as new clients, excited to work with her and she dropped the ball for some reason. We never did meet her in person. Grant it, we hadnt sold our house at the time so it would have been buying with a contingency. But still I feel she owed us the respect we gave her to say she didnt want to work with us until our house was sold if thats what the problem was. I didnt think it was fair to drop the ball and give no explanation. I am sorry it didnt work out for us, but in the meantime our house has sold and we have found a wonderful realtor here locally that we feel appreciates the opportunity to work with us.

We are so fortunate to have found Cindy! We chose Cindy as our agent based on her positive Zillow reviews.We were living out of state at the time, and had decided to purchase a home in Roseburg. Right from the get-go we knew we made the right decision. She promptly answered our call, and I felt comfortable talking to her. Shes very intuitive and listened to our needs and wants. When we came to visit, she tirelessly showed us homes that were ideal for our family and price range. In addition she took the time to show us all the places we would need to know as new-comers, i.e DMV, hospital, post office, our daughters H.S, local stores, etc. She just went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable with our decision to purchase in Roseburg. Thanks to her knowledge of the real estate market we were able to purchase a lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood. She negotiated price and terms on our behalf that we were extremely satisfied with. Cindy handled our entire home buying process as a true professional. We trusted her with our life savings and she didnt let us down. Not only did we get a beautiful home but also a solid investment.
