This was our fourth time using Russ as our realtor including three purchases (two homes; one investment property) and one sale. As in the past, Russ was very responsive to all our questions and able to navigate the buying process to effectively negotiate a deal that was great for us. He took into consideration small details that we wanted negotiated. His knowledge of real estate and years of experience were very helpful the first time and the fourth time we used him. Russ is quick to return calls, accommodates busy schedules, and goes above and beyond regular work hours to help busy individuals. He is genuinely in the real estate field to help you get the best deal you can in both selling and purchasing, while treating you like family. I would recommend Russ every time and hope to use him in the future!

We were so fortunate to have Russ as our real estate agent when purchasing our home in September. He has great communication skills and was always quick to return phone calls and promptly scheduled appointments, which was vital as houses are quickly selling in today's market. After our offer was accepted there were many questions that my husband and I had for the sellers before the deal closed. Russ was prompt to communicate with the seller's realtor and kept us informed throughout the process.Russ ensured that we were able to make the most educated decisions in a timely manner. He was there every step of the way - even getting us empty boxes and helping us after the buying process when we needed questions answered by the previous owners. Over the course of many years, I have bought and sold a total of five homes in California and Oregon. Russ Garceau has by far surpassed any and all expectations I could have for an agent, selling my home.Russ goes the extra mile in all aspects. He makes excellent recommendations, is very responsive, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and maintained/managed my home as an absentee seller. If that meant contacting a new weekly gardening service, or obtaining contractors to make minor repairs based on a home inspection, Russ did it all. Russ even removed a dead tree from my yard and hauled it away himself!! Any suggestions I made regarding the selling process were welcomed and acted upon. My home had 17 1/2 foot ceilings and a few other difficult camera angles. In order to maximize the appearance of the home, I suggested to Russ that we needed a photographer who specialized in these types of shots, and Russ expeditiously took care of making this happen. At my request, Russ and his wonderful wife insured that the three toilet bowls in the home were cleaned weekly to avoid "ring around the bowl." A package was mis-delivered to my address at the home for sale and Russ picked up the package and resent it to my new address on the east coast. Russ also mailed a set of car keys that I left at the home when I moved. He exhibited a positive, uplifting attitude throughout the sales process and bolstered my confidence.There are unending qualities that Russ demonstrated throughout the sale of my home, and many more specific examples of his service. As an experienced buyer and seller, I doubt that I will ever find an agent that will match the quality of service and dedication to the client provided by Russ Garceau.
