I am an out of town buyer that needed extra help since I am not local, which Juliette promise to provide but fell short. Service was lacking couldnt get a full list of utilities of local companies, had to pay emergency fees to turn on service when I arrived. Some repair work started prior to my arrival I asked she would keep an eye on, but did not. House keys were left on the kitchen counter while contractors are coming through the house doing repairs. Had to hunt down garage door opener since garage lights doesnt even work. When I reached out to Juliette about all the problems she did not provide any support and I had to track down home warranty 2 weeks after the close of the sale. Juliette told me to look for the silver boxes on the street for mailbox but was not given a key (supposedly left on the kitchen counter). Mail box turn out to be black and I am told to contact Post Office for a key. Couldnt get a rental comp of the area was told later by her broker ReMax does not handle rental transactions (so why not be honest about it?). Very disappointing experience
