I cannot say enough wonderful things about Susan. As a first time homebuyer, the whole prospect seemed daunting. Susan made the process feel easy, doable and even fun!I had a million questions about every detail (I am risk-averse, type A) and Susan answered all of them. She truly listened to me and helped me narrow down what I wanted. She provided me so much information from neighborhoods and school systems to light fixtures and good deals on furniture.Susan is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Yet as sweet as she is, she did not hesitate to fight on my behalf when needed. Truly the best combo you can have in an agent.I never felt pressured or pushed. She listened to everything I wanted in a house, she was always available, she has years of experience, is well respected in the community, goes not only the extra mile, but the extra 10 miles - sent info about utilities, picked me up from the airport, checked in on the house for me and I can go on and on and on.I felt safe with Susan and trusted that she would get me into the home of my dreams and within my budget and sure enough she did!A friend who is an experienced home buyer first recommended Susan to me and said "She is the best agent we've ever had, and you know we've moved alot!" I do not typically write reviews, but I just had to for Susan.Best decision you can make is to insistonmoore.
