We feel so blessed that we met and had the benefits of Jake's expertise, knowledge base of this area, and professional dedication when buying our house! Our first encounter set the stage for our interactions to follow - he met with us on short notice, on a wknd, to show us some homes. He was prepared with details of the houses and the areas they were in - even the soil compositions and the water quality! He has such an engaging personality and fun sense of humor that makes the whole process feel much easier and enjoyable. He knows the other agents, the lenders, and contractors in this area very well. He helped us set an excellent price for an offer and counter offer, that saved us money from what we were considering. Our lender told us how much Jake is respected and liked by everyone. We were out of town for the closing, and Jake went to the house to take care of some issues for the appraisal and take pictures - way beyond any expectations! Our lender told us that it would not have closed on time without Jake's efforts, which we are so thankful for. We had a few obstacles along the way, and Jake was right there every step if the way, with advice, reassurance, and information. He was usually ahead of us on taking the next steps. He also got back to us at all hours of the day and night, which we were amazed by. His caring, generous, fun loving nature make him not just a quality agent, but a top notch person! He is the best!

I was referred to Jake by a family member that sold a home in Oregon while living out of state. She had nothing but praise and good feedback and referred me to contact him. Knowing my source goes above standards in her due diligence, I never looked for another agent. Jake has been the most incredible agent (friend) to get my mothers home sold while I was living in another state. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. I could write a journal with all he did for me. His constant communication, being at the home for repairs, working with the Buyers to get them into their dream home, and get this sold for me was just a hint of the many details and personal attention he gives. This was a longer journey than he would have liked, I am sure. However, he stuck in there through all and made sure everything was always taken care of immediately. If you ever need to sell or buy, I cannot recommend him enough. Not being in the state is a challenge in itself, but he definitely made it seamless for me. I cant thank him enough. His professional skills, attention to details and attitude are at the top of the chart.
