I called to look at a property and met Jennifer through that call. Although that property did not work out, Jennifer was very responsive in providing other properties to consider and to view quickly in a market that requires one to be on top of possible homes when they come on the market. Within about 3 weeks of starting to look, I had an accepted offer. Jennifer was very helpful in arranging a home inspection, negotiating on concessions for issues found in the home inspection, and being very involved in the process all the way to closing. She has good knowledge of the local market, very approachable in answering any questions, and always pleasant and encouraging. I've dealt with realtors before, but none of them has ever come close to Jennifer's expertise and professionalism.
