Eli exceeded my expectations of a realtor. I am a first time home buyer and Eli walked me through the process. He answered and guided me through all my questions. After several months looking at a house my wife and myself finally found a house that we both liked. It was a Thursday Eli asked if we wanted to put a bid in. Eli contacted the selling agent and asked a few questions. Came back to with some advice and we placed an offer. Knowing an open house was scheduled on the Saturday Eli pushed for an answer by Friday knowing the house may have multiple bids from the open house. Around 6pm Friday the bid was accepted. 4 weeks later escrow closed and we are now owners of the house. We ended up finding out from the selling agent that after our bid was accepted they received more than 10 back up bids. Eli is a true professional.

My wife and I started our search for our first home knowing very little, and hoped to be in this first home before the due date of our first child. Our families thought these goals were pretty ambitious, but when we found Eli he gave us confidence that this was definitely going to be achievable. Eli was so helpful and encouraging in this whole process all while taking the time to really educate us on how this process was going to go and what we needed to do to be prepared. We never felt that he was pressuring us and he does a great job of making you feel like you are the only people on his agenda for the day. There were a number of times where wed ask about a property and he would immediately respond with a time we could see the house (often the same day). After just a couple viewings he was quick to understand what we were looking for, so it never felt like there was any time wasted. All of these factors played a roll in Eli helping us find our perfect first home and getting us to close escrow days before the birth of our new baby. Even after moving in to our house Eli has gone above and beyond to make sure that we have been taken care of. One of the things that I appreciated most about Eli is that as young first time home buyers it was hard to get taken seriously by many agents at most open houses, but Eli never treated us that way. I really dont know if we would have been able to do this without Eli.
