From the first contact that we had with Jeff, he was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, courteous and in general was a pleasure to work with. I have been a small Real Estate Investor for over 20 years, had have worked with many Realtors. Most of them give up after a few calls, or have Zero knowledge regarding investment properties. I was very direct, to the point and near demanding on Jeff. We did our research the first few hours after finding the property on Zillow. We wanted the property, and I was pretty direct in talking with Jeff!! He responded: professionally, and effectively!! With numerous texts or calls to the Seller in New Zealand, we had the property under contract the first night. All parties need a round of applause. My son will be the actual property owner. Without the involvement of The God Father, Jeffs very valuable help, and the understanding and cooperation of the Sellers, we probably would not ended up buying the property. Great job Jeff!!
