Tom was selected after interviewing several local brokers to handle the sale and the purchase of co ops in both Manhattan and in Riverdale. We made the right choice. Tom was engaged. He listened. He was enthusiastic. He was confident. Once we signed on with Tom he offered solutions to problems we faced as well as solutions for problems we didn't know we had to face with aplomb. He was a calming influence. He paid attention to details. He knew the Co Op market in both areas pricing our co op right and finding the most suitable co op for the next stage of our lives at a price we could afford. Because of Tom's tenacity, we sold and bought within days of each other without much hardship or anxiety. Tom advised us in all aspects of the sale and the purchase, from staging the apt for sale to measuring furniture in the apt for purchase. He had an open door policy, always answering our calls no matter what day or time.
