Me and my husband moved to Douglas in the Fall of 2018 to work in the hospital. Initially we were provided housing, but the time came to start looking for the house. We have contacted different real estate agents, but it seemed very difficult sometimes to set up appointments or even get an answer.One day we contacted Nicole and we stayed with her until we found our house. She is practically always available (she can jump in the car with 3 small children and be there before us), even on the last minute notice, knows the market very well, and provides sound advice. We never felt any pressure to buy something we did not really like and she kept finding properties for us. She did find a house we really liked, even though we would never look at it if it was not for her.She helped negotiate the price, and even helped with going to the bank and also helped find some initial furniture.Nicole knows the process very well. We think she is an excellent real estate agent who really cares greatly about her clients.Thank you for all your work, Nicole.
