Annmarie is one of the best realtors Ive work with. My first realtor I had was very slow when responding and I was seeing one house per month with her. I knew I had to make change since I was already about 5 months in and havent made an offer on one house. I search around and thankfully stumble across Annmarie. Within one week I viewed more houses with Annmarie than my past realtor. Ive already bought two houses through her and both times has been great experience with her. With my recent purchase it was a nightmare dealing with the sellers realtor and lawyer. I heavily depended on Annmarie for guidance and expertize throughout the whole process. Seller was trying to sell me the house with needed repairs and missing items. Seller realtor was also very horrible when it came to responding to emails. Thankfully for Annmarie she headed all communications making it less stressful on my end. She pushed for a 10K credit due to faults on the house. Seller was not moving from his position on not giving a credit, but Annmarie advice to stand by for the 10k credit. After a couple weeks and Annmarie push on the seller to give a 10K credit they finally agreed. Thankfully listening to Annmarie and her advice I didnt pay anything at closing. Due to the money I saved from closing I made the repairs myself totaling 1k in repairs. Never in my life had I thought I was capable of not paying for closing cost due to credit amount a seller would give. I highly highly recommend using Annmarie for your purchase or selling.
