Ralph Mesce is a consummate professional. There is no question; choosing Ralph to list and sell my home was the difference of selling a home for the true and accurate value compared to giving the home away, relatively speaking. The home was an estate sale which adds a layer of complexity as I live 2 hours away and could not be there when needed repairs were done. Ralph was my proxy owner. This is not an exaggeration, not even a bit. With an estate sale, prospective buyers have a natural tendency to submit low offers with the thought that you are desperate to sell. Never once had Ralph suggested to accept an artificially low offer at the risk of losing the sale and hence his commission. He discouraged me from accepting an offer that he thought was too low and unfair. Ralph took a personal interest in selling this home. He could not have been more supportive, honest, and ethical. Ralph had been at the house countless times to let repairmen in thus allowing me to not loose time at work on top of saving in the expense of fuel and tolls. Selling this house was a challenge and can say with a high degree of accuracy, it would not have been possible to sell this home given my distance if Ralph was not the realtor. He has a wealth of knowledge with home construction, repairs and resources to suggest qualified and competent repair companies. I often took for granted that he would be there for me. Ralph has exceeded every expectation and has gone above and beyond hands down to protect my interest. Ralph Mesce is a realtor of integrity of whom I freely and wholeheartedly endorse to any prospective client.
