My boyfriend and I just purchased our first home, it wouldnt have been possoble without the help of Maria! Her knowledge in the field is impeccable. As first time home buyers, we honestly had no idea where to start. Maria helped my brother and sister in law find their home, thats how we knew she was great. Maria helped every step of the way. She referred us to lenders and inspectors. She made sure we understood everything that was happening. She listened to exactly what we wanted in a home, was always honest with us and never showed us a home that she knew we wouldnt like. Maria is quick to respond to any questions. We are so thankful to have worked with her, it truly made the house buying process easy and painless. We went through the VA for purchasing, Maria was very knowledgeable in that aspect as well. Our stress was always put at ease, she took care of everything. Highly recommend!!

I can?t say enough about Maria. She is fantastic! We used her for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. This was the best decision we could have made. She?s very educated about the area and knows the true worth of homes. If there was a question you had that she didn?t know, she would find out immediately for you. She made very smart suggestions about what we needed to do to get our house sold and where our money was best spent. She responded to every communication very promptly and always kept us in the loop. Maria was able to keep everyone we dealt with organized and together from the attorneys to the other agents to the lender. She went over and above to make sure that we were served well. She always made us feel like we were her top priority and she proved this with her responsiveness as well as her ability to remember all of your personal details. I will gladly recommend her to anyone and everyone I know.
