Marion is knowledgeable, genuine & trustworthy. At no point in the process did I feel I was being taken advantage of, or that she was trying to "sell me" on something (which as a sales manager, I would have recognized immediately). You can tell she gets enjoyment out of helping people find what they're looking for. I am very particular and calculated, and so I had a very detailed vision of what I wanted. Despite my particular criteria, she identified and sent me over 50 listings virtually until I narrowed down my top picks. Marion was able to line up walk-throughs of our top five picks all on the same day. By the end of that day, we had found the house we wanted. Unfortunately, someone else had already put an offer on the house - but luckily for us, Marion was a great negotiator. She leveraged her relationships to help us win the house, and convince the seller to turn down the other offer, and take ours instead (which was only $100 more). Needless to say, Marion impressed me, and I'm not easily impressed. Marion has a customer for life in me, as I plan on continuing to work with Marion in the future. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a trustworthy & reliable real estate agent , to identify and secure a property they are looking for.
