Kris happened to answer a phone call when an online search engine put me through to her....and her answers (and questions to understand our situation) on that initial call were helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like my call was important to her, even though she'd never met me previously. That phone call led to some showings, some more showings, an offer, lots of inspections, a deal, a new home, but ultimately, a friend in our realtor. While we were happy to have the house-buying process done, we were sad to not be connecting with Kris regularly. She is a remarkable realtor...and a truly kind and thoughtful person. Kris was available for our questions (many questions! our situation was unique), showed us several properties, welcomed our inquisitive kids along to showings, and helped us learn our new community. We are grateful! Should we need realtor services in the future, we will certainly call Kris (and be happy to hang out with her again!).
