Gina Worked with us and really listened to what we wanted to find in a home. She took all of our wants and compiled a list of homes that were both on the Market and some that had just been taken off the market for Us to review. Gia offered to call any on any of the homes tat went off the market to see if they we still willing to sell. After decided on multiple house to look at Gina was able to set up all viewing in one day, so we were able to go from house to house. This was extremely helpful for Us as the time of year is extremely busy at work. Gina was able to accommodate our busy schedules and work with us during the hours that we were available. Once We found our home and we started the mortgage process we hit a few bumps and even a wall. We though that we were not going to be able to finish the process of buying our home. Gina was on top of it. She was able to call contacts and find alternative mortgage companies so tat we could finish the process. Gina also was able to give us suggestions on Home Insurance and even helped us get quotes. She also helped us set up our inspection and survey. Gina stayed in constant contact during every stage of the home buying experience. Any questions that we had she was able to answer and if she couldnt she would always research on talk to her colleagues to get us an answer.

After a failed "FOR SALE BY OWNER" attempt, which produced nothing more than a cash offer that was reneged and a few months of solicitation calls, we decided it was time to get a realtor involved. Gina was the first realtor who contacted me when we initially listed the property, and even though at that time we had no interest in outside assistance, we stayed in touch and developed a friendship. This made her the only candidate for us. She stepped in and stepped up. She's the only realtor I spoke with that thought we were underselling our house, even though it was originally listed at close to market value. She assured us she could get more than market and she did. Not only that, but bringing her on allowed us to take a step back from the process, all the while knowing the sale was under her total control.We closed on our house 5/11 and couldn't be happier with the result. Gina was a true professional and I look forward to doing business with her again in the near future.
