Mathew was a tremendous asset in our understanding and execution of bank and legal documents. He worked diligently to list our property in as many venues as possible. Each time I spoke with Mathew, which was frequently he would offer his support, guidance and assistance. He became an invaluable resource as we progressed through the buying/selling process as we would have meetings to update each other and plan the next phase. Whenever the process got "bogged down" for one reason another, Mathew was always the one who got the ball rolling again. Sitting down with accountants and lawyers to decide on closing dates became a challenge, but Mathew made it happen. I cannot express my gratitude to Mathew Ghafoori for guiding me through this whole process, while he quietly and diligently carried this sale forward. He was always there for us, to answer questions or to be a sounding board when I needed to vent. Mathew will definitely be the person that we can call when we are ready to sell our house.
