Danny went above and beyond twice in four years for my fiance and myself. When we were searching for our house we had just had our first baby. So Danny was very understanding and took his time showing us multiple houses (over the course of 2 months) until we found the right one. He never pressured us into a house and literally walked us through the whole buying process with a smile. He was extremely helpful and supportive, which made a lasting impression. Fast forward 3 1/2 years, i was offered a new job out of state. So who do i hit up? The best realtor in town of course! Danny set up a time to come over immediately and gave us a few tips (mostly cleaning up the house a bit, we had two beautiful girls at this point ages 3 and 1 that were basically tornado's) to get the house ready to sell. We got it ready to be listed (again Danny walking us through the whole process) and sure enough we got 8 viewings and 2 offers on the first day! We were under contract the very next morning! Then through the next portion (appraisal, inspection, negotiating, etc) he made sure we were informed on everything that was happening, and was in constant communication until we finally closed! All in all Danny is the only person i would recommend to any friends or family, because you can really tell he has really mastered his craft. Not only that, but he also has an amazing heart. He treats each person he takes care of as if they we're part of his family. If you have a chance to work with him, don't pass it up. He truly is a special guy. Thanks for everything Danny!
