David recently helped my wife and I buy a home in Medford, MA. His in depth knowledge of the area and the market were invaluable. He always respected our wishes the whole way through and worked to try to get us what we wanted, even in an increasingly difficult real estate market. He was knowledgeable about homes and was always on the lookout for potential problems with a property, making sure we were getting a good deal. We never felt like he was trying to push us to make an offer on anything, even though it would have been in his best interest to get this process wrapped up. On the contrary, he was very careful and we always felt like he was honestly looking out for our best interests. When we finally found the home we were interested in buying David worked hard with the sellers to get us the deal that we wanted. If a person is only as good as the people he surrounds himself with, then David is outstanding in that regard as well. We ended up using his network of contacts extensively in the home buying process (mortgage agents, lawyers, home inspectors, etc) and were never disappointed. Everyone was great and I could tell that we benefited from their goodwill and experience of David and his character. He vouched for us and for them and it worked more smoothly all around. We can honestly say that David is a knowledgeable, caring, and trustworthy person with whom you can entrust the delicate and often overwhelming experience of buying a home. When the time comes to sell our home, I am sure we will be giving David a call again.

Erin was recommended by a local realtor in Connecticut to coordinate the sale of my 91-yr-old mothers home of 53 years. From our first conversation, she was simply fantastic!
