We tried doing the looking ourself thing for over a year. But so much of what was online wasn't really available. Or we were too late. Certainly anything worth buying went fast. Even contemplated a build because it was getting so irritating. We had a little over three months until the end of our lease, again. We had tried a couple Realtors but never chose one to work with for various reasons. That's when we called Hays. Within a couple days Bill and Mallory had us look at more homes than we had managed to see in an entire year. Our time was short and we really don't think it was going to be possible to find what we wanted. We weren't even quite sure what we wanted. Bill did not get our hopes up. What he did do was show us a ridiculous amount of houses. For the next few weeks it seemed like whenever we have free time. we were looking at a house. Of course it was our choice. We wanted to look at everything in price range. Bill and Mallary kept scheduling, Showing, all with decent attitude. Always quick responses to emails so we didn't lose a chance to see anything new. Which ended up being very important. Being a first time buyer the negotiation process was a little new to me. Bill explained it very well and was very helpful. A couple negotiations didn't go my way. Primarily because I had some ridiculous request. They always did as I asked. Of course guiding when asked but in the end I didn't always take their advice. Without issue. One day a house came on the market and we were the first or 2nd ones to see it. It was the location we had been looking for, and much more. Again Bill and Mallory did a very good at explaining the buying process. We as buyers had some issues( issue specific to us, nothing about realtor or sale) most other buyers will not have. They never took issue with it and did everything I asked once again. Answering questions and giving guidance whenever asked. In the end we got what we wanted. We did not have to sign that new lease. When talking to Bill and Mallory it's like one in the same. There was never any miscommunication between them. Always on top of things. I didn't have to repeat emails. both very nice, helpful, and more punctual than us. I cant thank them enough for the work they did for us.

We met Amy at an open house. We started talking about what we were looking for in a house, and making the move from Illinois to Wisconsin. Within a few hours we started receiving homes that matched our criteria. Amy made herself available at all times, worked around our schedules, and took into account our traveling from Illinois to the Baraboo area. We spent an entire weekend looking at homes and ended up finding the house that seemed like it was built for us and our rather large family. Not only is Amy knowledgeable about the area, she works hard for her clients, and is always in high spirits. Even when I was stressing out, because frankly, that's what I do, she was right there to help me relax and let me know that everything would work out as it should. My family is so grateful for her and all her hard work and her going above and beyond, always, for us.
