We worked with the team to assist our daughter in the purchase of her first house during the Covid outbreak. The team was there to help her find financing, insurance, repairman, and answer all her questions. She was on a tight timeline and had very little availability to see property and to handle the necessary paperwork. As co-signers we were out of area and they accommodated our schedules as well. They sent mobile notaries when needed and totally understood the demands of a health professional. Once she was moved, we listed the condo she had been living in with JaCi and again everything was handled great. From recommending a cleaning service to making sure everything was done for us as remote owners it was perfect.
