Angela helped us get into our first home in the summer of 2013. From the first phone call I made to her she made me feel as though I was her number one priority. Angela was always prompt to return any communications, and appointments were set with our needs in mind and kept. It was a tricky time to buy a home- with many buyers and not many properties available in our range, but Angela was very helpful in negotiating and making sure we got the most bang for our buck. Once we had an accepted offer Angela was very committed to following up continually with the seller, the bank, the inspectors etc. We did not have to wonder if things were moving along. We were confident she had everything under control. Our loan closed within a short window and we are so happy to have worked with Angela. As first time buyers the process was very confusing, overwhelming, exhausting- but Angela definitely made it easier on us.

I got in contact with Angela through a local realtor and she was "game on" from the first moment I spoke to her. Once I figured out what direction I wanted to go, she was on my side helping me to get what I wanted. When I found a house I was interested in, she met me there the next day to walk it and we submitted an offer the following day. After my offer was accepted, again Angela was with me all the way to the end, from the inspection to signing papers to dropping off the keys as soon as she got them. Angela helped me so much throughout the entire process. She is friendly, outgoing, knows real estate and a lot about the Reno/Sparks area. Meet with her once and you will see what I am talking about! She was awesome and I am so bad I never got her a thank you gift! I will soon and thank you again Angela!
